The Position:

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Shared Services Manager will lead and manage a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-performing shared services team, fostering growth and operational excellence.
• Cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Utilise technology to streamline processes and improve financial operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate proactively with leadership.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the business objectives.

The Candidate:

As an experienced Team Leader, you will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Extensive experience in Finance and Accounting with a strong technical background.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
