We are seeking a proven Assistant Manager to join this iconic Australian retailer. This role is 32hrs per week - Sunday to Thursday roster.

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to oversee the operations of their Rockhampton store. As the ASM you will play a crucial role in leading the store with a hands on approach to ensure success and the store meets company standards for KPI's, visual merchandising, sales targets and customer service.

Skills and Experience:

• Previously worked to KPI's and Sales budgets
• Preferably have experience in fashion or accessories
• Previous retail management experience
• Visual Merchandising
• Team management and development
