About the Role: As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children and families
• Support and mentor junior team members and students
• Contribute to program development and clinical improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
• Liaise with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for each child
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with best practice standards

What You’ll Need:

• Recognised degree in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Speech Pathologist (paediatrics experience preferred)
• Current Driver’s Licence and access to a car
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
