• Caseload: 100% Paediatrics (NDIS-funded). A diverse mix of speech, language, fluency, and school-age communication needs.
• Location: Based near Heidelberg in a beautiful clinic with gym and sensory spaces. Community sessions (school/home) are local and cleverly scheduled.
• Work Style: Salaried role with excellent bonus + mentoring pathways for team members.
