DiagnostiCare is a dynamic, growing private radiology practice in North Western Melbourne (East Keilor). We are in search of medical receptionists to work full-time on an ongoing basis in our clinic.

Our front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients and are an integral part of the practice.

With state-of-the-art equipment, our dedicated staff takes pride in the standard of personalised healthcare that we deliver.

General Duties Include:

Answering phone calls and booking appointments

Support a range of medical staff including Radiologists, Medical Imaging Technologists and referring practitioners and their associates

Patient billing, cash handling, Medicare and EFT payments

Confidentiality and management of patient records

Maintaining a clean and organised practice

Successful applicants:

ability and willingness to learn

Willingness to work different shifts during the week including afternoon/early evening shifts and weekends

good attention to detail

The ability to work quickly and efficiently

Computer skills and literacy (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Reliability and trustworthiness

Capacity to work effectively as part of a team

Entitlement to work in Australia

Previous medical reception experience with radiology experience (preferred but not essential)
