We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Senior Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Consultant to join our high-performing team. 🔍 What you’ll be doing

Drive business development by acquiring new C&I clients through lead databases and active prospecting

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

Manage and convert inbound and outbound C&I sales leads

Deliver tailored proposals and recommend energy solutions aligned with client goals

Foster strong, ongoing client relationships

Use CRM tools to manage daily workflow and reporting

Prepare financial reports highlighting energy savings and sustainability benefits

Educate clients on energy efficiency options like Solar, LED, and Voltage Optimization

✅ What we’re looking for

2+ years’ experience in sales (phone-based or face-to-face)

A driven, confident communicator with a hunter mentality

Prior experience in the energy sector is a big plus

Ability to navigate complex solutions and communicate them simply

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude

Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own success
