Full-time Permanent Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Retail Manager for a family-run business specialising in the manufacturing of traditional sweets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the retail operations of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Minimise wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the factory and retail store.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on products (training will be provided).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a retail manager, ideally with a background in food retail.
• Cooking experience or a willingness to learn the production process, as there will be times when you’ll need to assist.
• Fluent in Hindi - non negotiable.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a small team.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with a 1-hour break.
