Your Role:
🔹 Executive Support: Manage the Director’s emails, calendar, and key communications
🔹 Marketing & Branding: Oversee marketing materials, book photoshoots, and manage digital ads
🔹 Vendor & Client Management: Provide updates, coordinate key handovers, and maintain strong relationships
🔹 Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the Director and agents to ensure seamless property marketing, from brochures to settlement gifts
🔹 Office & Team Support: Keep the office running smoothly, manage branding, organise meetings, and assist with training and compliance reminders

🔹 Social Media & Advertising: Oversee branding consistency across all platforms, prepare ad copy, and manage promotional artwork
