About us:

We are a small to medium-sized, friendly garden maintenance and soft landscaping business working around the Inner Sydney area (eastern suburbs and lower north shore mostly).

We work to a high standard and have taken time to build a skilled and welcoming team of about a dozen employees that have a genuine interest in plants and gardens - much more than the 'blokes with mowers' standard.

Work starts at 7.30am and goes till approximately 3pm (Monday-Friday).

About you:

We are looking for an energetic, positive person with a genuine interest in plants, gardens and landscapes.

Experience and/or a qualification are very important but a great attitude is also essential.

You should be within easy travelling distance of the eastern suburbs, this is where most of our work is so please be realistic about the length of your commute when applying.

Qualifications & experience

Horticulture cert 3 or minimum 3 years garden maintenance experience.

Able to drive manual

Tasks & responsibilities

Work may include: general plant care, hedging, mowing, edging, detailing, weeding, monitoring for pest and diseases and treating, mulching, feeding, soft landscaping and some small elements of hardscaping, irrigation monitoring, adjusting and basic repairs.

Chat to customers on-site and help build rapport, relationships are key!

Record time and work with photos and notes.
