We’re now seeking an experienced Lead Horticulturist to take the reins of our horticultural division and help us continue delivering standout outdoor spaces.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, full-time position based out of our Tarneit factory. You’ll be leading the horticultural arm of the business—coordinating planting, maintenance, and softscape elements across multiple projects. You'll work closely with our construction and design teams to ensure our landscapes not only look great on completion but thrive long after.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading all horticultural aspects of our landscaping projects

Coordinating and executing planting schedules and softscape works

Operating machinery (excavator, bobcat, etc.) as required

Liaising with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery

Overseeing a small team and ensuring safety and quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For

Strong horticultural knowledge and plant identification skills

Solid experience in landscaping or horticulture leadership roles

Competent with machinery – Excavator, Bobcat, etc.

MR Truck Licence essential

High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the horticultural division
