About the role

Join our thriving hospitality and events team as a Wedding & Events Coordinator at Mulberry Estate in Caversham, WA. In this Part/full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event planning and coordination services to our discerning clients, ensuring every wedding and special occasion hosted at our stunning estate is an unforgettable experience.

What you'll be doing

Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate this into seamless event execution

Coordinate all logistical aspects of weddings and events, from vendor management to on-the-day coordination

Ensure events run smoothly from start to finish, addressing any issues that may arise in a calm and professional manner

Maintain strong relationships with our network of trusted event vendors and suppliers

Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our event planning processes and procedures

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in wedding or event coordination.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients

A creative flair and eye for detail to bring clients' visions to life

Proficiency in relevant event planning software and tools

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
