The Accounting Division is a boutique accounting firm offering tax and business advisory services to small and medium sized businesses, and individuals.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Marketing & Events Manager to assist with the marketing side of the business. The role involves providing exceptional marketing & social media services, along with organising events for the business.

About the role:

A diverse role that requires you to think about ways in which we can communicate our unique brand and services to existing and potential clients. Reporting directly to the managing partner, you will be responsible for coming up with and implementing an effective marketing strategy. Responsibilities include:

Creating & scheduling regular social media posts & newsletters

Organising regular client networking & training events

Setting up monthly webinars & communicating them to clients

Creating digital products

Planning, co-ordinating and marketing coaching programs for new clients

About you:

We are looking for someone with a passion for social media and helping small businesses. As the sole marketing person in the business, you will need to have great communication and organisation skills. Other key attributes include:

A proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude

Confident communicator with clients and staff – in person, via email and over the phone

A very high attention to detail

Extremely well organised

Strong computer literacy

Experience in a similar role (not necessarily in accounting)

Experience wth Canva and other branding software

Experience with creating digital products

Experience with organising and marketing events

Aware of & have an interest in current marketing & social media trends
