You’ll take the lead in managing a highly specialised vehicle fleet used across the globe. This role is based in Canberra and supports critical operational capabilities.

Who You Are

You’re experienced in national fleet management, calm under pressure, and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders. A background in logistics, mechanical systems, or security operations is useful, as is an understanding of compliance and WHS. You’re happy to travel and ready to contribute to work that matters.

Essential - Proven experience in vehicle fleet management

Desirable - Mechanical qualifications, understanding of freight logistics and understanding of WHS regulations

Key Duties

Coordinate reporting, maintenance, and servicing across the fleet

Oversee procurement, technical inspections, and asset lifecycle

Support driver training, system improvements, and stakeholder engagement

Help develop policies and processes to improve fleet operations

Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure fleet readiness

• Coordinate CAV Technical Inspection (TI) and Designated Service Centre (DSC) assessments across the CAV fleet
