Who You Are

You’re a seasoned project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments. You bring exceptional planning skills, sharp communication, and a knack for leading teams and juggling competing priorities. You’re confident running stakeholder engagement and governance processes—and you know how to deliver on deadline.

Key Duties

Lead program streams across engagement, data migration, and grant funding

Develop transition strategies for providers, clients and key stakeholders

Prepare project documentation—plans, reports, trackers, risk registers

Run governance meetings and manage secretariat functions

Collaborate with other Project Managers and support cross-stream alignment

Identify risks, suggest improvements, and deliver outcomes with your team
