ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing fire protection systems, ensuring seamless coordination throughout all project stages. Your responsibilities will include providing expert technical advice and collaborating with clients, architects, builders and other disciplines to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
DUTIES.
- Prepare detailed design of fire protection systems
- Experienced in equipment selection and conceptual layout design
- Utilise Bluebeam for creating markups, concept designs, and sketches
- Establish and maintain effective, long-term relationships both internally and externally
- Provide technical expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure design coordination to meet objectives, budget, and deadlines
- Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and other disciplines
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 4+ years’ experience highly regarded
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Proven experience in commercial and/or workplace fitout sector
