Join a business that is a Microsoft Gold partner, working with one of their clients to provide Level 3 support across Azure. This is full-time, permanent position that offers fantastic flexibility. You are only required to go the office one day per week, the rest of the time you can work from home.
The environment is mostly a Windows environment, but there is some Linux involved as well (it would be beneficial to have experience with this). You'd work closely with the clients IT team and also with another member of staff who mostly takes care of Lvl 1 tickets.
Responsibilities:
In this position you'll look after escalation tickets, change requests, and engage in projects. You'll provide 3rd level support and at times 4th level support. You will be the go-to person for resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You'll be required to effectively collaborate with team members and customers alike. You'll need to build strong relationships and navigate through diverse scenarios.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in a support position. At least 4+ years experience providing level 3 support
- 4+ years experience providing support to an Azure environemnt
- 3+ years Azure virtual Desktop (AVD) experience
- 3+ years Intune experience
- Exposure to Azure AD, ASR, IAAS, PAAS, Subscriptions & Management Groups, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), NSG, Key Vault, Automation, Storage, App Service, Azure SQL
- Experience with server infrastructure
- Experience with HP & Dell, Microsoft Server OS through to 2019, VMWare, and AD-related aspects of Intune, server rebuilds
- 3+ years experience with VEAAM, Azure Backup, Backup Exec, MABS
- Extensive Active Directory experience
- Comfortable with DHCP, DNS, Replication, AD sync, GPO, Clustering, DFS
