City Based Role - Flexible work environment - 3 days in office

Circa $80-90K + Super + Bonus 12 month Contract

My client is a high growth non bank lender with an enviable reputation in the Australian market, offering both residential and commercial lending products to their prestigious client base.

Working in partnership with the Sales team, your role will be focused on supporting the sales effort within Commercial Lending ensuring the customer has a seamless experience from the time the deal has been written, through to settlement.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Commercial / Business Lending and / or Asset Finance in an Assistant Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst or Sales Support / Settlements capacity - you will be someone who can handle a fast paced, varied, serviced oriented environment do what it takes to get quality work done with the client and team in mind.

To be successful:

3+ years experience in Commercial, Business or Asset Finance Lending

Relevant tertiary education, desirable not essential.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills (internally and externally).

Good problem solvers, resilient and driven. Action oriented do-ers – not phased by volume of work or pace.
