We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Manager to join the leadership team at a Residential Aged Care facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality clinical care and staff support in a home that values respect, dignity, and person-centred care.

About the Role:
As Clinical Care Manager, you'll support the overall management of the home, with a strong focus on clinical operations, resident wellbeing, and staff leadership. You’ll oversee the delivery of holistic care that meets residents’ individual needs and aligns with best practice and aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning and delivery of clinical care services
• Ensure care is delivered in line with residents' preferences, goals, and assessed needs
• Supervise and support clinical and care staff including RNs, ENs, and PCWs
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies, and legislative requirements
• Oversee accurate documentation, including AN-ACC assessments and funding submissions
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and families to support care outcomes
• Participate in recruitment, training, performance monitoring and rostering of clinical staff
• Drive continuous improvement through incident reviews, audits, and feedback
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive home environment

What You’ll Need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in residential aged care
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of aged care standards, AN-ACC, and accreditation
• Excellent clinical, organisational, and documentation skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competence using clinical software and reporting systems
