Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Aged Care unit

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance frameworks

Liaise with residents, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team

👩‍⚕️ About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care or multipurpose health services

Confident decision-maker with the ability to work autonomously and with minimal support

Strong understanding of aged care legislation and accreditation standards

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team in a rural environment

Postgraduate qualifications in management or aged care (desirable)
