We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Lead Educators for all age groups (6 weeks to 6 years) who are ready to help shape our centre's culture, contribute to high-quality education, and be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Your Role:

Lead your room with creativity, confidence, and care

Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in your group

Build strong relationships with families, children, and the team

Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and WHS standards

Contribute to planning and implementing engaging programs based on the EYLF

Mentor and support assistant educators in your team

You Will Need:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)

Previous experience in a Lead Educator or Senior Educator role

Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and child safety requirements

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
