About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Southwest or Northwest Sydney metro area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project home construction and will be committed to building a long-term career in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise construction projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades, materials, and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company procedures and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and hardworking attitude.

Qualifications:

• Builders Licence, Supervisor Licence, or Cert 3 in Carpentry/Bricklaying with Cert 4 in Residential Building.
• Preferably previous experience in project home construction.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (candidates with 3-5 years of experience post-apprenticeship are encouraged to apply).
• Must have long-term employment history at previous employers
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve deadlines and high-quality results.
