About the role

Become a Brand Ambassador for one of the world's leading brewers and represent some of the world's most recognisable beer brands. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for uncovering new draught & pack beer opportunities promoting a targeted suite of brands to bars, barstaff, select events and On Trade retail locations throughout Melbourne. This is a casual role with flexible hours, supporting a flexible work environment.

What you'll be doing

Hunt new opportunities for draught and pack beer distribution placements and gain additional distribution.

Execute simple premium beer contract agreements with customers.

Deliver in trade execution excellence. Ensure our brands are winning at the point of purchase with consumers.

Deliver brand presentations and training at select events, bars, and other On Trade retail locations to engage with customers and consumers.

Educate customers about our select brands, their history, and the unique qualities of each beer.

Assist with promotion, product sampling, pouring rutuals and sales activity to generate brand interest and drive in store consumption.

Collect customer feedback and insights to help inform wider marketing strategies.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times when representing our brands

What we're looking for

Strong On Trade beer selling and promotion experience is essential

Strong working knowledge of basic contract negotiation, selling and closing sales opportunities

Experience working with ALM wholesaler and understanding their ways of working and customer ordering integration is essential.

Passionate beer lovers that are outgoing and possess a confident personality with excellent communication skills.

Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively educate and engage customers & consumers.

Enthusiasm for the beer industry and a genuine interest in the beer category.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Data driven individuals that fully understand how to maximise data to drive efficiency in their daily operations

Highly motivated, driven and resilient self starters.
