Experienced Brand Ambassador (Retail - Sunglasses/Fashion)

Location: Sydney International Airport, Australia
Hours: Wednesdays to Mondays | 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM

About the Role:
Are you a fashion-forward, dynamic individual with a passion for customer service? We are looking for an Experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Sydney International Airport. If you have a background in retail, preferably in the sunglasses or fashion industry, we want to hear from you!

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent a premium retail brand, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our stylish range of products to a diverse international clientele. Your role will involve showcasing our products with energy, enthusiasm, and a strong focus on building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers from all around the world.

Assist with product displays, stock management, and in-store visual merchandising.

Maintain a positive and engaging store atmosphere, ensuring customers have a memorable experience.

Drive sales and meet performance targets while maintaining brand integrity and presentation.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends, especially within the fashion and sunglasses sectors.

Key Requirements:

Previous retail experience, ideally within the fashion, sunglasses, or accessories sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for fashion and customer service.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including Wednesdays to Mondays, 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Willingness to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience working in an airport or similar high-traffic retail environment is a plus.
