At the same time, they’re giving developers and project marketers a powerful tool to move stock faster and with greater confidence.
As they expand their footprint, they’re looking for a Sales & Brand Ambassador to be on the ground, driving awareness and adoption across NSW and ACT.
The Role:
This is not your typical sales job. You’ll be the face of the brand, building relationships with developers, agents, and project marketers while ensuring this platform becomes an essential part of the off-the-plan sales process.
This will include travelling to project display suites to train partner sales teams, identify brand opportunities for POS placement as well as general sales processing and admin requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert – Train and support project sales teams to ensure they’re maximising opportunities.
- Drive brand awareness – Identify and implement branding opportunities across display suites, sales centres, and industry events.
- Build strong partnerships – Develop lasting relationships with key players in the real estate space.
- Fuel sales growth – Assist with inquiries, follow-ups, and lead management to keep the momentum going.
- Provide market insights – Gather feedback from the field to help refine strategy and improve product positioning.
- Represent at industry events – Network and showcase the brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, project marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Confidence in presenting and leading training sessions for small to large teams.
- A natural relationship builder with a passion for sales and brand growth.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively.
- Sydney-based with a valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car.

Salary:
$90k base (Depending on experience) + Super+ Expenses/Car allowance+ Commission
