Powering Australia needs a talented Marketing Specialist to help us achieve our mission to grow clean-tech manufacturing in Australia.

THE ROLE (* re-advertised)

We are an Industry Growth Centre funded by the Federal Government and our purpose is to help Australian clean-tech manufacturers grow their businesses.

The Marketing Specialist will be based in our central Perth offices, support the work of our nationally distributed team and help us to grow our brand for maximum impact. We need a highly motivated self-starter who can convert our bold mission into action that makes a real difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow our public profile through events, digital media and targeted communications

Ensure message and brand consistency across all channels

Use analytic tools to measure the performance and impact of our efforts

Develop engaging content for Linkedin and our website

Deliver all aspects of event management

Maintain digital assets and photographs

Monitor media and maintain watching brief of key issues of interest to our stakeholders.

Other duties as directed to support the activities of Powering Australia.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Be a creative problem solver who can offer ideas and solutions

Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills across channels

Have experience in planning and executing industry events

Be super organised, detail oriented and creative

Be comfortable in using social media management tools and analytics

Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2-3 years’ experience ideally gained in the energy sector

The right candidate will be offered a salary between $88,000 to $100,000 (plus 11.5% super).
