To support our expanding market presence, we are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist with expertise in market promotion, strong analytical skills, and a strategic vision to drive our brand forward.

Job Responsibilities

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer demand, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Analyze competitor positioning, pricing, and promotional activities to extract insights and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Marketing Strategy & Brand Development – Develop and execute customized marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Enhance brand positioning, product messaging, and promotional efforts based on real-time market data and customer feedback.
• Campaign Management & Business Promotion – Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including brand promotions, digital marketing, and academic outreach initiatives. Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.
• Content Development & Communication – Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content. Ensure clear and effective communication across different markets while maintaining a consistent brand image.
• Data Analysis & Performance Optimisation – Track and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications & Strengths

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and brand development.
• Strong analytical skills in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in organizing industry exhibitions, academic promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Chinese.
