Our client is a respected national insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Claims Executive to take the lead in managing complex claims and delivering exceptional client outcomes for a portfolio of heavy motor claims.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end claims for Heavy Motor clients, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
• Advocate on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Deliver exceptional communication to all stakeholders throughout the claims process
• Conduct regular claims reviews and provide proactive updates to clients and brokers
• Identify and escalate complex or problematic claims to senior leadership
• Mentor and support junior claims staff, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Assist with policy renewals and endorsements when required
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and codes of practice

We are looking for someone with:

• 3-5 years experience in the insurance claims environment, with a preference for heavy motor claims experience
• Significant experience in claims handling within the insurance broking or underwriting environment
• Strong knowledge across the Heavy Motor industry, understanding claims and quantum limits
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure
