About the Role

• Oversee a portfolio of claims with a main focus on Commercial Motor, Plant & Equipment
• End to end claims management ensuring all claims are handled in an efficient and professional manner
• Investigating claims, determining coverage and assessing liability
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Loss Adjusters, Brokers and Underwriters
• Providing feedback and reports to Underwriters to assist the underwriting process

About you

• 2 years end-to-end Commercial Motor and/or Domestic Motor claims management experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships and manage stakeholders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow your career
