Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial lawyer to join their Business Structures and Commercial team. The commercial team works closely with highly respected accountants and financial advisors to deliver tailored solutions and advice to clients for more complicated financial and business needs.

The matters and work that will be involved in this role includes:

• Commercial transactions
• Super funds
• Unit holders
• Business sales
• All commercial agreements
