This boutique CBD firm is seeking an "all-rounder", with strong technical legal skills in Commercial Law and an enthusiastic personality who thrives on working closely with clients and colleagues alike. A commercially savvy lawyer, you will ideally be someone who has honed your skills and are ready to take that step up and further develop your profile in the industry.

You will utilise your experience across;

• Business sales and purchases, from small local businesses to large national and multinational businesses.
• Joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements, and business structures.
• Commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and supply and distribution agreements.

You will be involved in advising at all stages of business, in multiple industries including cosmetics, food and beverage, professional services, medical, IT and many others. From working with start up, growth phase and long established businesses, you will love the diversity and scope of this role.
