As Hotel Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily management of the property—ensuring smooth operations, high occupancy, outstanding guest satisfaction, and effective team leadership. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and values the autonomy of running their own venue, with the ongoing support of the experienced Mandala Hotels & Resorts team.

Key Responsibilities;

Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation-only venue

Oversee reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance

Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback

Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and revenue targets

Lead and support a small on-site team

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards

Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers

Collaborate with Mandala’s management team on operational improvements and best practices

About you;

Proven experience in hotel or short-stay accommodation management

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as RMS.

Highly organized with a strong eye for detail

Comfortable working both independently and within a supportive network

Positive, hands-on approach with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Exceptional time management skills

Strong understanding of hotel budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
