Redstone are seeking a senior Lifestyle Coordinator to join a not for profit aged care facility near Vermont in Melbourne.

• Programme runs across 7 days a week

• Fully accredited facility with a strong focus on quality and compliance

Requirements:

• Cert IV in Lifestyle and Leisure essential
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lifestyle coordinator position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Current Police Check
• Current Vaccinations
