We are seeking a creative & compassionate Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating leisure and lifestyle programs that promote the well-being, independence and quality of life of our residents.

Design and deliver individual and group activities tailored to residents' interests and abillities.

Encourage social interaction, engagement, and a sense of purpose among residents.

Work collaboratively with clinical and care teams to support holistic care planning.

Maintain accurate documentation, including care plans and progress notes.

Organise special events, outings and celebrations.

Support a person-centred, culturally sensitive approach to care.
