32 Degrees Building has been operating for 14+ years’ in the residential home additions, extensions and large scale renovations industry and are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven client sales representative/appointment setter to join their team in the office. You will be responsible for responding to new and existing leads, booking appointments for the building consultant and nurturing clients to drive sales growth and be a part of taking the business to the next level.
Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking someone who has over the phone sales experience with a demonstrated understanding of tonality, urgency and empathy when matching the client to the right services/product.
Our ideal candidate is excited, driven, highly organised and has a strong work ethic with an ability to go above and beyond for our clients. Must be a team player while also able to work autonomously.
This role is office based in Smeaton Grange
Full Time Position Available: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
What you'll be responsible for...
Contacting new and existing leads and scheduling paid appointments for the building consultant to meet with clients
Educating our clients on our process and the features and benefits of building with us
Matching our clients with the right product/service to suit their needs
Nurturing clients, building rapport and addressing their requirements in a timely and efficient manner
Using sales strategies to ensure a successful close
Database management on our CRM system - Hubspot
Lead generation and relationship building with external stakeholders
Skills and experience you'll possess...
Team player - a want to help and be helped to work together to achieve company goals
Computer literacy is a must;
Microsoft OS and software; Word, Excel, Outlook
Use of Hubspot CRM system or similar and Trello - highly advantageous
Use of Dropbox
Must have a high level of english literacy - spelling, grammar, punctuation and formatting of documentation;
Ability to be resourceful and liaise with appropriate external bodies to obtain answers;
Experience working with KPI’s with demonstrated sales experience outlining conversion rates from lead to close;
You will be self-motivated and results driven;
You will have a positive attitude, respect for others and a genuine excitement to help people;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence individuals at all levels;
A high level of self management and ability to follow proven sales processes and contribute towards sales improvements;
Strong time management skills;
A high attention to detail;
Experience with day-to-day database management
