Must have team leading and management experience to be selected for the role

• Ensure residents' care needs are met and maintain exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Home Care Coordinator to grow our Home Care business.
• Lead and support clinical and care staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Manage budgets and key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement innovative care programs.

• Strong leadership, communication, and report writing skills.
• Knowledge of aged care regulations and dementia care.
