Full-Time Dental Technician Required in Port Macquarie

We are a well-established practice for over 12 years in the local community with a loyal patient base in Port Macquarie and Lake Cathie.

Our practices are equipped with the up-to-date technology including Medit Intraoral scanner, and onsite dental lab.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Constructing and repairing dentures and other dental prosthesis such as crowns and bridges.

Using tools and wax to create physical replicas of patients mouths and teeth.

Cleaning and polishing final appliances and devices.

Recording appliance creation for dental records.

Manufacturing full and partial dentures

We’re looking for someone who has:

High level of concentration levels.

Strong communication levels.

Understanding of the dental anatomy to ensure you can craft accurate dental prosthesis that fit the patients and keep them safe.

Strong critical thinking.

Great manual dexterity is essential for this role as you will use hand tools to craft well fitted dental appliances for patients.

What WE can offer you:

A fixed salary of about $70,000-$80,000 a year, depending on experience.

What is required from you:

Appropriate dental technician qualification

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the field

Driven to provide the best care possible for our patients.

Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.

A team player who works well in a close-knit environment.
