The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team and take the lead on an exciting new low-rise apartment block development on the Gold Coast.

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, uphold high safety and quality standards, and ensure our project is delivered on time and within budget. You'll be supported by an experienced management team and given the autonomy to lead your site with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage all on-site construction activities

· Coordinate and motivate subcontractors and trades to meet strict project timelines

· Conduct and document regular site inspections for safety and quality assurance

· Resolve site issues and maintain momentum with minimal disruption

· Maintain daily site records, project reporting, and communication with stakeholders

· Ensure works are carried out to Curley Builders’ high standards of finish and detail

· Promote a safe, productive, and respectful site culture

What You’ll Bring

· Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in residential or low-rise construction

· QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)

· Carpentry or building trade background

· Strong understanding of building processes, OHS, and compliance

· Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-first mindset

· Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and team members

· Familiarity with multi-residential builds and suspended slabs (advantageous)

· Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and site documentation

· Valid driver’s licence
