Site Supervisor – Industrial Project (Western Sydney)

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in industrial construction to oversee site operations on a key project in Western Sydney. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with a well-regarded contractor, ensuring the successful delivery of industrial works with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors across multiple trades, ensuring work meets high-quality and safety standards.
• Enforce compliance with building regulations, safety protocols, and project specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain workflow and resolve site challenges.
• Drive productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial building processes, structural steel, concrete works, and services coordination.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines while upholding strict safety and quality standards.
