Applicants must be very efficient, accurate, can work well in a team and who have excellent people and communication skills. Are highly organised and know how to prioritise and complete tasks quickly.

Must be fluent in verbal and written English, are not afraid of hard work and truly understands the value of ‘Great service’.

Repairs & Maintainence:

This role includes:

Management of our Repairs and Maintenance Department.

Recording and managing all repair enquiries.

Liaising with Tenants and Landlords to co-ordinate and complete all repairs and maintenance requests.

Send and oversee work orders.

Co-ordinate tradesmen.

Constant follow up and phone calls.

Entering invoices and data entry.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, emailing, photocoping, filing etc.

General Property Management and administration duties when required.

Must have a Real Estate licence or certificate of registration, roadworthy car and driver’s license.

Monday to Friday-9.30-5.30pm and Saturday 9.30am-2.30pm. Day off during the week.

Rate of pay: $30 per hour.

Employment is initially 'Casual' for a 3-month period. After 3 months classification changes to 'Permanent Full time' and pay rate stays at $30. per hour
