About the Role

Joining this energetic and focused Property Management Team, the successful applicant will look after a growing portfolio and be focused on maintaining client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

We are a medium sized office based in Morisset and manage properties on the Morisset Peninsula, all suburbs around Lake Macquarie, Cooranbong, Dora Creek, Mannering Park & Central Coast Areas.

Duties

Handling Landlord & Tenant enquiries

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Managing leases, entry reports, vacates & renewals

Conducting periodic Inspections

Managing rental arrears & Increases

New Managements

Mentoring Junior staff

About You

Minimum 1 year Property Management experience

Excellent organization & time management skills

A strong work ethic, customer service focus

High level of communication skills

Professional presentation

Positive Attitude

Be able to prioritise daily duties

Precise data entry

An exceptional phone manner

Certificate of Registration or Agent License

Australian Driver's License
