We’re currently seeking a Quality Assurance Systems Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and quality excellence across our site, while supporting global systems and local regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As the QA Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring that our operations are always audit-ready. You’ll be working closely with Production, Technical, and Supply Chain teams, both locally and globally, to drive process improvements, uphold product quality, and support a culture of compliance and LEAN thinking.

You will also lead and coordinate internal audits, manage documentation control, monitor key quality KPIs, and handle regulatory standards such as ISO9001/14001, FDA, BRC, IFS, and others.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Ontex Group standards and external regulatory requirements

Support the implementation and improvement of QMS, Pest Control, and Hygiene standards

Conduct internal audits and coordinate site readiness for third-party audits

Maintain QC and lab testing protocols in collaboration with QA Assistants

Champion quality training and continuous improvement initiatives across site

Analyse data and support quality performance reporting, traceability, and customer complaints

Act as site representative for PEFC and support sustainability/compliance certifications

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or systems role within a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of quality management systems, documentation control, and audit procedures

Familiarity with LEAN principles, data analysis, and quality improvement tools

Excellent communication, analytical and coordination skills

Internal auditor qualification (preferred)

Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence across teams
