We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Freezer Picker to join our night shift team. This is a hands-on role in our cold storage facility, where accuracy, speed, and a strong work ethic are key.

If you’re someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves, enjoys working in a team, and can handle the chill of a freezer environment – we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately from the freezer

Use picking slips or RF scanners to locate products

Ensure correct handling and labelling of goods

Work efficiently to meet daily picking targets

Follow safety and food handling procedures at all times

Keep work areas clean and organised

Assist with stock rotation and stocktaking as required

Communicate with team leaders and warehouse staff as needed

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role (freezer experience is a bonus)

Good physical fitness – the role involves lifting and working in cold conditions

High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a cold storage environment (protective gear provided)

Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude

Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
