Seeking Picker Labourers for our client in West Nowra that recycles, regenerates soil and manufactures compost. We are looking for candidates who are ideally available for an immediate start. Main Responsibilities:

• Picking debris off a conveyer belt for soil processing
• Ensuring compliance with company standards
• Maintaining organization of work areas
• Following written instructions accurately
• Collaborating effectively with team members

Required Criteria:

• Physically fit to lift 15-20kg and able to stand for extended periods
• Own PPE - Steel cap work boots and hi-vis shirt
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Driver licence and own transport

Location: West Nowra, NSW, 2540

Hours of Work: Day Shift 7:00am-3:00pm between Monday to Friday

Salary: $35.46 p/h
