The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a casual or part-time picker & packer role in our stock room in our Surry Hills office in Sydney.

The role involves the management, importation, distribution and logistics of products and sales orders across our network of salons.

MUST HAVE AN EXCEPTIONAL EYE FOR DETAIL!

The position is a casual or part-time position with a minimum of 22 hours per week.

What you would do

The main things you would do include:

• Pick, pack and send inbound sales orders
• Receive inbound inventory orders from suppliers
• Manage and organise stock rooms and other warehousing aspects
• Be responsible for customer service enquiries relating to shipping and delivery
• Stock takes
• Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide feedback to management about recurring issues so that they can be addressed and that the business can continuously be improved
• Keep up to date with marketing, product, training and other activities to ensure that you can educate customers on how our products work
• Attend and support in trade shows and other events

Key Skills:

• Trustworthy and dependable
• Exceptional communication skills
• Organised, and an eye for detail
• Proven ability to handle inventory and stock management
• Familiarity with eCommerce, inventory or similar systems
