ABOUT THE POSITION

Elite Importers are searching for an experienced Warehouse storeman wanting afternoon / night shift work to lead our warehousing operations in at our national head office in Arndell Park.

This role is a permanent full-time position with a base salary circa of $70k + super and is based in Arndell Park.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the warehouse, goods inwards, picking and packing and goods outwards and ensuring all KPIs for all areas are met.

You will be a strong team player who inspires their team to exceed.

You will ensure compliance and promotion of all workplace health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all employees and visitors.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience within a warehouse role

Sound experience working within a high-performance team

Excellent communication skills

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Strong awareness and dedication to WHS

Proven success with inventory control/stock movements

Experience in Picking and Packing from bay locations

A Forklift licence and 12 months experience operating a forklift

The ability to lift heavy weights for extended periods
