Upper Hunter Automotive is a family owned & operated motor vehicle dealership located in the Hunter Valley town of Muswellbrook.

We are currently looking for a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

If you're someone who takes pride in their customer service skills, values reliability and efficiency, and has a positive 'can do' attitude, then we'd love to talk!

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service (over the phone and via email)
• Contacting customers for approval on additional service work
• Ensuring all customer requirements & commitments are met in a timely manner
• Delivering quality customer service at every stage of the process

This role is strongly based on customer service, however there are also aspects of sales and technical know-how, so previous experience in any of these areas would be highly regarded.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• General understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing
• A willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Commitment to exceptional levels of customer service
• High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
• Clear communication skills - Over the phone and in person

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm.
