We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our client's dynamic team, delivering a premium fit-out for a commercial project. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and detail-oriented individual who thrives on delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you’ll take charge of day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all on-site activities, including trades and subcontractors.
• Coordinating schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
• Enforcing safety standards and conducting toolbox talks and inductions.
• Monitoring quality control to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager and resolving site challenges as they arise.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within fitout or refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, WHS regulations, and Australian standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a trade background.
• A current White Card and first aid certification (desirable).
