We are a small team in Sales and Service of Audio and Radio Equipment and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Office Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, assisting team members, and working in a collaborative environment with work variety. The position is Full time 12-month contract with probable options thereafter. For the right applicant, we could negotiate shorter days (e.g., school hours) or a 4-day week.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering and screening phone calls, emails, and messages
· Processing inquiries through to completion
· Logistics – book couriers for outgoing orders. Track and trace lost items.
· Keeping on top of inquiries – both sales and repairs - Phone calls & Emails
· Create quotes as instructed – check buy and sell pricing and availability.
· Assist with supplier correspondence – follow ups.
· Assist with Calendar reminders and general Personal Assistant tasks.
· Providing administrative support to meet internal or repair deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required:
· Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
· Well organiszed with an excellent memory.
· Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
· Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
· Positive phone manner and professional communication skills
· Strong computer skills
· Previous experience in an office environment
· Understanding of Music Performance or Recording an advantage.
