Job Opportunity -

Your role is to support the Service Manager through strong administrative support, you will oversee and complete job card, invoicing, opening and closing jobs and making sure the admin function is delivered with strong attention to detail. We need a proven Service admin professional that has had great experience working within the Earthmoving Equipment Service departments.

Scope of the Position –

Onsite Repairs

Process incoming service calls, gather all the information that we require including customer details, details of the problem/ issue, when it occurred and where the item is located

Create work orders

Allocate a technician via Job Watch or supplier to carry out the work

Create supplier purchase orders and authorise with pricing if available

Reconcile work orders for completed jobs, ensuring supplier invoices, parts used and technician hours have all been allocated

Receive damaged items returned from hire, tag for repair and mark as unavailable on board and on data base.

Gather all the information required, including customer details, what the problem/ issue is and when it occurred

Create repair orders

Obtain customer purchase order numbers when required

Allocate a technician via Job Watch to the job, allocate their time to the job

Co-ordinate any parts required. Order parts, receive picking slip, enter the invoice fo the parts allocating them to the job

Once repair has been completed, review the work order, document the description of the repairs completed and close the repair order

·Confirm if repairs are chargeable, create and send customer invoices if applicable.

·Collect customer payments for cash customers or obtain customer acknowledgement for account customers

·Change status of item as available for hire once work has been completed both in database and on the board

Candidate Requirements –

· 3+ Years in Service Coordinator Admin Role

· Must Have worked within the Earthmoving Industry

· Excellent Listing and troubleshooting experience

· Sound knowledge of earthmoving equipment

· Highly motivated to learn and build upon your professional skills

· Excellent listing skills

Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm Or 7:30am to 3:30pm

· Base Salary - $65,000 to $75,000
