About the role
This is a part-time administrative support role within the Queensland Country Women's Association based in Stones Corner, QLD. As an Administration Support - Property/Insurance, you will be responsible for providing valuable assistance to our team in managing our property portfolio and insurance matters.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support for the property management and insurance functions, including maintaining records, processing documentation, and liaising with external stakeholders
Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of property inspections, maintenance, and vendor interactions
Handling the organisation's insurance policies, claims, and renewals
Assist with Incoming Calls and reception duties
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative preferably within a property or insurance environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly SharePoint, Excel and Word
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Alignment with the Queensland Country Women's Association's mission and values
